These eBuyer® modules can help you provide better service to your customers, sell more
online, and make managing your back office business a lot easier.
- Fulfillment Setup – This module is a custom-built
connection to send orders to a fulfillment house system (Enterprise
version only). The data exchanged with the fulfillment house system
include receipt of shipping confirmations and tracking numbers. This
information can be e-mailed automatically to your customers thereby
increasing your company’s level of service without impacting its operations.
- Affiliate Management – This module is a password-protected
site that enables your affiliates/resellers to obtain sales information
24/7 from a Web browser (Enterprise version only). The module includes
a sign-up registration form (held for your approval), easy links/logos
to promote your company’s products/services on affiliate sites, and
affiliate sales commission reports generated from your online storefront.
- Wholesalers – This module enables you to have different
pricing of your products/services displayed in eBuyer®,
depending on a user’s assigned access level (i.e., preferred customer,
buyers, wholesalers). Our user management self-administration feature
is included to help you assign a new user their access level or to generate
a list of who has access to a certain pricing schedule.
- Wish List – This module enables a customer to add
products to a “wish list” as an alternative to deleting the product
from their order. A customer’s wish list can be accessed repeatedly
using their login to your storefront. A customer’s wish list can be
e-mailed to their friends or family on gift occasions (i.e., birthdays,
holidays, etc.). Another use of a wish list is to take orders (or pre-orders)
from a buyer to be fulfilled offline.
